ORDER:

The Director, APSRAC in his letter read above, has requested the Government for release ofRs.75.00 lakhs towards Grant-in-Aid for the 3^rd and 4^th quarters forthe financial year 2000-2001.

2.Government, after careful examinationof the proposal, hereby accord sanction for release of Rs.75.00 lakhs (Rupees seventy fivelakhs only) to the Director, APSRAC towards Grant-in-Aid for the 3^rd and 4^thquarters out of the budget provision of Rs.150.00 lakhs for the year 2000-2001.

3. Theamount sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to the head of account “3425-OtherScientific Research-60. Others – M.H.200- Assistance to other ScientificBodies- Schemes included in the Plan – SH(07) – Assistance to APSRAC –(090) – Grant-in-Aid-092-Other Grant-in-Aid”.

3. The Asst.Secretary toGovernment, Finance and Planning (Plg.Claims) Department shall draw the amount sanctionedin para 2 above in the form of a cheque in favour of Director, APSRAC, Hyderabad.

5.TheDirector,APSRAC is requested to furnish the Utilisation Certificate and Audited Statementof Accounts for the Amount sanctioned within one year from the date of the receipt of theamount.

5. This order issues with theconcurrence of Fin.&Plg (Fin.Exp.M&F) Dept.,vide their U.O.NoteNo.1865/FS(R&E)/2001, dated 14.3.2001.
