Read the following:-

            1.G.O.Ms.No.120,Financeand Planning (Plg.XXII) Deparrtment,dt.23.6.1000.

            2.G.O.Ms.No.185,Fin&Plg(Plg.XXII)Department,dt.26.11.1999.

O R D E R

            It has come to thenotice of the Government, that unspent balances are pending with District Collectors underC.R.F and other schemes.

2.         In view of the above, all the DistrictCollectors shall remit back all the bank balances to goverrnment Treasuies for all theamount kept in the banks except fo those where thee are specific instructions ofgovernment of India or any other statutory agency to keep  them in Banks and furnishthe details of remittance of funds to Treasury.  They shall also keep the funds incommercial Banks scruppulously following the instructions issued in G.Os read above.

3.     Further, theCollectors shall furnish the bank-wise deposit details in the proforma given below by 5thof every month.
