O R D E R:

          In the G.O.s referred to above,Government of India Scheme was introduced by Finance Department for purchase of PersonalComputer to the Government employees who are eligible for purchase of Personal Computerand an amount of Rs.50,000/- was released to Finance and Planning (Plg.X) Departmentthrough the reference 4th read above.

2.       In suppression of the Memo issued in reference 5thread above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an advance of Rs.50,000/- (Rupeesfifty thousand only) to Smt.D.Nagamani, Joint Director, Directorate of Economics &Statistics, Hyderabad towards purchase of Personal Computer for personal use.  Subject to the following conditions:

(i) that she shall purchase a personal computer within onemonth from the date of drawal of the advance, failing which the full amount drawn shall berefunded to the Government together with the interest thereon.  The unspent balanceif any should be refunded to the Government;

(ii) that she shall execute Mortgage Bond in Form 14 of theA.P.F.C. Volume.I in the name of the Governor;

(iii) that the advance shall carry simple interest @ Rs.8.5%per annum.

3. Theadvance sanctioned in para 2 above shall be met from the funds allotted to this Departmentin the reference 4th read above and debited to “7610 – Loans toGovernment Servants etc., MH.800 – Other advances – SH.(12) – Advances forpurchase of Personal Computer”.

4. Thisorder does not require the concurrence of Finance and Planning (Fin.Wing) Department underthe rules in force on the subject.
