ORDER

            In the reference firstread above, Government have appointed M/s.Crisil Advisory Services, Hyderabad asconsultants to assist the Task Force in conceptualising and implementing 31 MegaInfrastructure Projects in the State.

In the reference 2^nd read above, M/s CrisilAdvisory Services, Hyderabad have sent the bills for the payment of professional fees ofRs.16,91,532/- (Rupees Sixteen lakhs ninety one thousand five hundred and thirty two only)for the professional Services provided by them to the Task Force from 24^thJuly,2000 to 23^rd September,2000.

Government, after careful consideration, hereby accordsanction for Rs.16,91,532/- (Rupees Sixteen lakhs ninety one thousand five hundred andthirty two only) for payment to M/s Crisil Advisory Services, Hyderabad towards fees forthe professional assistance provided to the Task Force from 24^th July,2000 to23^rd Septembr,2000.

The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited tothe following Head of Account and shall be incurred in relaxation of Quarterly Regulationorders.

MH-200 interest on other Internal debts-

SH(15) inteest payable on Bonds floated by A.P.InfastructureDevelopment Corporatoion”.

5.            The Assistant Secretaryto government, finance and Planning (Plg.Claims) Department shall draw the amount in theform of a cheque in favour of M/s Crisil Advisory Services, Hyderabd.

5.  This order issues with theconcurrance of Finance and Planning (Fin.BG) Department. Vide theirU.O.No.570/6483/A1/EBS-11/2000,dt.8.11.2000.
