ORDER:

In the G.O. read above, Government issued orders imposing ban on transfers of Government employees.

The ban orders on transfers is relaxed for Excise Department only. The Commissioner, Prohibition & Excise is authorized to exercise the power as per guidelines for transfers indicated in the Annexure to this order and to streamline the Department
