            The following Amendment is issued to the G.O.Ms.No.177, Finance & Plg.(FW.W&M.I) Department, dated 16.10.1997.

 

            Add the following item to para 6 of the above G.O.

 

vi)        Transfers of Government Servants of medical grounds for the diseases (eigher self, or spouse or dependent children) of Cancer, Heart Operation, Neuro Surgary, Bone T.B., Kidney Transplantation to places where such facilities are available as ordered in G.O.Ms.No.236, G.A.(Services.A) Department dated:27.05.1996.

With reference to the Chief Secretary’s  Note dated:13th June 2002 no transfers made so far in pursuance of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.603, Finance (W&M) Department, dated:23.05.2002, lifting the ban on transfers.
