ORDER
:-
In the reference read above, orders were
issued constituting a Committee
of
Officers to decide issues pertaining to APMIP. As the members of the Committee
were appointed by name
and many of them have since been transferred from
their positions,
it has become imperative to re-constitute the committee.
It
has also become necessary to revise the terms of reference of the committee
on account of
certain changes in the scope of the project.
Hence, it has been decided
to re-constitute the Committee with the Officers by their
designations with revised
terms of
reference.
2.
Accordingly,
Government hereby re-constitute the
Committee, which will be
called the Standing Committee with the following Officers.

The Terms of Reference
of the above Committee are:
1. To approve the yearly state wise/Company wise
and District wise Action Plan of Andhra Pradesh
Micro Irrigation Project.
2.
To review the periodical performance of
Andhra Pradesh
Micro Irrigation Project and monitor its implementation.
3.
To
formulate guidelines for effective and speedy
implementation
of the Andhra Pradesh Micro Irrigation Project.
4.
To
resolve and recommend on all issues pertaining
to Andhra
Pradesh Micro
Irrigation Project.
