ORDER:
The Government accord the highest priority to the task of facilitating the process of
overall development of the Agricultural and allied Sectors in the State. It is recognized that there is need for putting in place a mechanism that facilitates a unified and coordinated effort aimed at generating synergy and mutual reinforcement among all the players that back-stop the agricultural production system.
A holistic and integrated approach is considered essential in order to achieve cost-effective, environmentally sustainable, and market-driven growth of the Sector with a view to optimizing farm level incomes through reduction of investment, increase of production and enhancement of productivity. To this end, the Government have decided to constitute a State Level Task Force comprising the following:-

4. The Task Force may also co-opt, as necessary, any person / organization with relevant expertise in the appropriate discipline.
5. The following functions will be performed by the Task Force at the State level:-
soil health, agro-climatic imperatives etc., on the one hand, and the quality and pattern of demand in the market place, on the other -
simultaneously ensuring prudent and sustainable use of natural resources such as land and water.
2. Establishment of a system for on-line and a real-time monitoring of the dynamics of the cropping system, tracking the production parameters as the season progresses
- functioning as an early warning system with the ability to intervene pro-actively and deal effectively with emerging threats and opportunities.
3. Ensuring effective functioning of backward and forward linkage systems such as research, credit, storage, processing and marketing facilitating
- and organizing resonance between the demand for, and the supply of, these services.
4. Ensuring timely and adequate positioning of inputs such as seed, fertilizers, agricultural implements, pesticides etc.
5. Acting as a clearing-house for the pooling and sharing of information / expertise among the various players.
6. Facilitating enhanced and creative use of Information and Communication Technology with a view to assisting the farming community in staying tuned to changes in the external environment
- and assisting in the effort to bridge the gap between the availability and accessibility of the goods and services required by them.
- making effective and optimum use of information of highway and the print media in the effort.

b) Organizing regionally differentiated, pluralistic and inclusive extension support to provide escort services to Rythu Mitra Groups (RMGs) with the help of other stakeholders such as NGOs.
