               In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6, read withsub-section (1) and (2) of section 5 of Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce andLivestock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966) as amended in Act 26 of 1995, the Governorof Andhra Pradesh hereby reconstitute the Agricultural Market Committee, Tuni, EastGodavari District with the following members for a period of three years:-
