               From the Commissioner of Horticulture, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad,Lr.No.CH/Peshi/8/2000, dt.18.08.2000.

               In his letter read above, the Commissioner of Horticulture, Andhra Pradesh,Hyderabad has requested for release of an amount of Rs.3.00 crores from Central MarketFund as advance to the Department of Horticulture and Oil fed for certain specifiedschemes subject to reimbursement from regular Department budget for the year 2000-2001after voted by the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly.

2.            In the circumstances stated above, and by virtue of the section 16 of AndhraPradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966,  Government after careful examination and consideration hereby accord sanction for release of anamount of Rs.1.50 crores (Rupees one crore and fifty lakhs only) from Central Market Fundas advance to the Commissioner of Horticulture, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and Oil fed forcertain schemes subject to reimbursement from regular budget for the year 2000-2001 afterapproval and voted by the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly.

3.            The Director of Marketing, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary furtheraction in the matter.

4.            The commissioner of Horticulture shall arrange to reimburse the amount from regularbudget immediately.

5.            This order issues with concurrence of Finance and Planning Department videSecy.(R&F) U.O.No.6104/FS(R&E)/2000.
