O R D E R :

               The following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette:-

NOTIFICATION

               In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1-A) of section 4 of the AndhraPradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Market Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966), theGovernor of Andhra  Pradesh hereby directsthat having regard to the mutual agreement between the two Agricultural Market Committees,namely: Bantumilli and Machilipatnam, Krishna District the assets and liabilities of theAgricultural Market Committee, Bantumilli shall be apportioned between the said threesuccessor Agricultural Market Committees, as specified in the schedules appended to thisnotification.

               The Government hereby authorises :-

(i)            the JointDirector of Marketing, Vijayawada, Krishna District and the Secretary, Agricultural MarketCommittee, Allavaram to effect the apportionment of the assets and liabilities as per thesaid schedules:

(ii)          the Person – in –charge and the Secretary of the Agricultural MarketCommittee, Bantumilli to encash in a fixed deposits, Security deposits etc., if any,standing in the name of the composite Agricultural Market Committee, Bantumilli as andwhen they mature, and to distribute the amount to the concerned Agricultural MarketCommittees, as per the mutual agreement, dated 31.12.1996 and

(iii)         the amount towards the fluid cash share as shown in the statement of assets andliabilities of the successor Agricultural Market Committee, Machilipatnam, KrishnaDistrict shall be transferred to the respective Agricultural Market Committee from thefunds of the composite Agricultural Market Committee, Bantumilli, Krishna District.
