O R D E R :-

Inthe reference first read above the Commissioner and Director of Agriculture, A.P..,Hyderabad has informed that Sri K.Kondaiah a Daily wage Employee in Agriculture Department.  Cuddapah District was expired on 21.11.1998and the wife of  Sri K.Kondaiah, Smt. K.Rajamma has applied for providing a job to her on compassionate grounds. 

2.             In thereference second read above orders have been issued by Government regularising  the services of  Sri K.Kondaiah. Watchman-cum-Sweeper in Agriculture Department, CuddapahDistrict among others. 

3.             In thereference second read above the Commissioner and Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabadhas informed the vacancy position of Last Grade Service posts (Watchman 3 and Messenger 2)available in Cuddapah District and requested the Government to  accord permission for appointment of Smt.K.Rajamma. W/o late Sri K.Kondaiah in terms of orders issued by Government inG.O.Ms.No.118, Finance and Planning (Fin.Wing.PC.III) Department, dated18.8.1999. in oneof the existing Last Grade Service posts available  inCuddapah District in Agriculture Department.

4.               Government after careful consideration of the matter have decided to appointSmt.K.Rajamma, W/o. Sri. K.Kondaiah, former Watchman-cum-Sweeper in AgricultureDepartment, Cuddapah District as Messenger in Agriculture Department, Cuddapah District in one of the existing Last Grade Service postsavailable in Agriculture Department in Cuddapah District on Compassionate appointment interms of the orders issued by Government in  G.O.Ms.No.118.Finance and Planning (Fin.Wing-PC.III) Department. Dated 18.8.1999.

5.               Accordingly Government hereby appoint Smt. K.Rajamma . W/o. Late Sri. K. Kondaiah,former Watchman-cum-Sweeper in Agriculture Department, Cuddapah District as Messenger inCuddapah District in Agriculture Department in one of the existing vacancy  of  Messenger posts available in AgricultureDepartment in Cuddapah District on compassionate appointment in terms of the orders issuedby Government in G.O.Ms.No.118.  Finance andPlanning  (Fin.Wing.PC.III)  Department. Dated 18.8.1999.

6.             TheCommissioner and Director of Agriculture. A.P., Hyderabad is directed to take necessaryaction accordingly.

7.             This orderissues with the concurrence of Finance and Planning (FW.PC.III) Department vide theirU.O.No.24100/211/A2/PC.III/2000, dated 24.7.2000.
