The following notification shall be publishedin the next issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

                Inexercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1-A) of section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh(Agricultural Produce and  Livestock) MarketsAct, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966) as amended by Act 1 of 1971 the Governor of Andhra Pradeshhereby directs that having regard to the mutual agreement between the two AgriculturalMarket Committees namely Narsaraopet and Chilakaluripet Guntur  District the assets and liabilities of theAgricultural Market Committee, Narsaraopet apportioned between the said two successorAgricultural Market Committee as specified in the schedule appended to this notification.

2.                Governmenthereby authorise (i) the Person-in-Charge and Selection Grade Secretary, AgriculturalMarket Committee, Narsaraopet to effect the apportionment of the assets and Liabilities asper the said schedule (ii) the Person-in-Charge and the selection Grade Secretary  of the Agricultural Market Committee, Narsaraopetto encash the fixed deposits, security deposits etc., if any standing in the name ofcomposite Agricultural Market Committee, as and when they Mature and to distribute theamount to the concerned Agricultural Market Committees as per the mutual agreement ofAgricultural Market Committees and (iii) the amount towards fluid cash share as shown inthe statement of assets and liabilities of the successor Agricultural Market CommitteesNarsaraopet & Chilakaluripet shall be transferred to the respective Market Committeesfrom the funds to the composite Agricultural Market Committee, Narsaraopet, GunturDistrict.
