                Thefollowing notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette:

NOTIFICATION

                Inexercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1-A) of section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh(Agricultural Produce and Livestock) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs thathaving regard to the mutual agreement between the two Agricultural Market Committeesnamely Madanapalle and Thamballapalle, Head Quarters Mulakalacheruvu, Chittoor Districtthe assets and liabilities of the Agricultural Market Committee, Madanapalle andapportioned between the said two successor Agricultural Market Committees as specified inthe schedule appended to this Notification.

                TheGovernment hereby authorises :-

(i)            the chairman andthe Secretary, Agricultural Market Committee, Madanapalle to effect the apportionment ofthe assets and liabilities as per the said schedule.

(ii)           ThePerson-in-Charge and the Secretary of Agricultural Market Committee, Madanapalle to encashthe fixed deposits, security deposits etc, if any standing in the name of compositeAgricultural Market Committee as and when they mature and to distribute the amount to theconcerned Agricultural Market Committees as per the mutual agreement dated 27.12.1993, and

(iii)          Theamount towards fluid cash share, as shown in the statement of assets and liabilities ofthe successor Agricultural Market Committees, Madanapalle and Thamballapalle, HeadQuarters Mulakalacheruvu shall be transferred to the respective Market  Committees from the funds to the CompositeAgricultural Market Committee, Madanapalle, Chittoor District.
