               In the circumstances reported in the letter read above, the Government hereby orderthat the following withdrawal Notification shall be published in the District Gazettebeing published locally in East Godavari District.

 

WITHDRAWAL NOTIFICATION

 

               Under Section 48(1) of the A.P.L.A. Act 1894 as amended by the Land Acquisition(Amendment Act) XXXVIII of 1923, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, withdraws fromacquisition of the lands specified below for which draft Notification u/s 4(1) of LandAcquisition Act was approved by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in G.O.Rt.No.632, Food& Agriculture Department, dated 26.03.1991 and published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette– part-I Extraordinary E.G.No.5/91, dated 06.04.1991 at pages 3 and 4.
