                Thefollowing notification will be published in the Extraordinary issue of the Andhra PradeshGazette.

 

PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION

 

                Whereas,it is now considered necessary to declare the intention of exclusion of certain villagesunder Agricultural Market Committee, Kanchili and Tekkali as specified in Annexure I &II for constitution of separate Agricultural Market Committee, Sompeta under Clause (a)and Sub section (5) of Section 4 of Markets Act, 1966.

 

                Now,therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub section (4) read withsub section (1) and (2) of section 3 of the said Act and in Partial modification ofnotifications issued in G.O.Ms.No.408, read with the notification issued inG.O.Ms.No.2095, Food and Agriculture (Agri.IV) Department, dated 29th October,1968 – part II, Miscellaneous notification at pages 1035 to 1039, the Governor ofAndhra Pradesh hereby declares his intention to separate the area, comprising the Mandalsas specified in Annexure I and II from the notified area of Agricultural Market Committee,Kanchili and Tekkalli Head Quarters at Kasibugga and to declare it to be separate notifiedarea for the constitution of a separate Agricultural Market Committee, Sompeta, SrikakulamDistrict for the purpose of regulating the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce andLivestock specified in schedule II of the aforesaid notification.

 

                Noticeis hereby given that the matte will be taken into consideration after a period of thirtydays from the date of publication of this notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette andthat objections or suggestions if any, received before the expiry of the said period willbe considered by Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.

 

                Objectionsand suggestions should be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture& Cooperation (Mktg. I) Department, Andhra Pradesh through the Director of Marketing,Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in duplicate.
