O R D E R : 

                Inthe reference first read above, the National Coop. Development Corporation, New Delhi haveconveyed their approval for implementation of the Integrated Cooperative DevelopmentProject in the remaining (13) Revenue Mandals of Nizamabad District by the NizamabadDistrict Cooperative Central Bank Limited, Nizamabad (Project Implementing Agency) at atotal cost of Rs. 502.06 lakhs).  

2.             In thecircumstances reported by the Registrar of Coop. Societies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad videletter second read above, Government after careful examination  of the proposal, hereby constitute the followingthree Committees for Integrated Cooperative Development Project, Phase.II in NizamabadDistrict:-

 I.     District Project CoordinationCommittee (DPCC): 

     (i)    In order to coordinate the functionsof various Development Departments, there shall be a  District Project Coordination Committee constituted with the followingmembers :-

                    1.  Collector & District Magistrate, Nizamabad.                                                Chairman

                    2.  President, District Cooperative Central Bank,Nizamabad                              Member

                    3.  Project Director, District Rural DevelopmentAgency, Nizamabad                  Member

                    4.  District Cooperative officer, Nizamabad                                                          Member

                    5.  General Manager, District Cooperative                                                            Member/Convenor

                    6.  Joint Director (Agriculture), Nizamabad                                                           Member

                    7.  General Manager, Nizamabad Milk Shed, Nizamabad                                      Member

                    8.  Assistant Director (Fisheries), Nizamabad                                                         Member

                    9.General Manager, District Industries Centre, Nizamabad                                    Member

                  10.Representative of Lead Bank, Nizamabad                                                          Member

                  11.Regional Director, National Cooperative Development                                       Member

                        Corporation,Hyderabad                                                                  

                  12.  Project Director, District Women Development and                                           Member

                         ChiefWelfare Department

                     (ii)    The District Project CoordinationCommittee shall meet every quarter to review with progress of implementation and also toensure removal of the bottlenecks in its smooth implementation. 

II.     SELECTION COMMITTEE: 

                Toachieve goals set out in the Project Report there shall be a Project Implementation Teamto achieve the task  spelt our in the integrated Cooperative Development ProjectScheme.  The following committee isconstituted for making selection and recruitment to various categories of the ProjectImplementation Team as recommended in the Project Report :- 

                1.Registrar of Coop. Societies, A.P., Hyderabad                                                   Chairman

                2.Managing Director, A.P., State Cooperative Bank Ltd., Hyderabad                    Member

                3.Representative of National Cooperative Development Corporation                      Member

                4.Representative of local NABARD                                                                       Member

                5.President of District Cooperative Central Bank, Nizamabad.                                Member

                Theposts shall be filled up by selection from amongst the applicants from DistrictCooperative Central Bank/National Cooperative Development Corporation/various StateGovernment Agencies. During the Project period           no  key personnel wouldbe changed/ transferred.  If the transferersare inevitable, prior permission of Registrar of Coop.    Societies shouldbe obtained invariably.  No temporaryemployees shall be employed either on daily wages or consoli-       -dated basis. 

III.     TENDERS COMMITTEE :

The Tenders Committee is constituted with the following members forfinalisation of consultants for designing the Project facilities and also for finalisationof the tenders according to the terms and conditions prescribed by the NationalCooperative Development Corporation :-

                6.   Joint Director of Industries, Nizamabad                                                      Member.

                7.   Chief Project Officer, IntegratedCooperative Development                        Member.

                       Project, Nizamabad.

3.             TheRegistrar of Cooperative Societies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to takenecessary action in the matter.
