               The Director of Marketing, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the letter read above hasinformed that the Chairman, Agricultural Market Committee, Dhone has reported that thereare no sufficient funds for payment of salaries to the staff members of AgriculturalMarket Committee, Dhone.  The Director ofMarketing has requested the Government to sanction a loan of Rs. 3.00 lakhs fromAgricultural Market Committee, Kurnool to Agricultural Market Committee, Dhone.

2.               Government after careful examination of the matter, accord permission  to sanction loan of 3.00 lakhs (Rupees three lakhsonly) from Agricultural Market Committee, Kurnool to Agricultural Market Committee, Dhonesubject to the following conditions:

3.            The entire loan amount of Rs. 5.00 lakhs (Rs. 2.00 + Rs.3.00 lakhs) shall be repaidby Agricultural Market Committee, Dhone to Agricultural Market Committee, Kurnool in 10(Ten) annual equal instalments @ 12.5% interest per annum.

4.            The Director of Marketing, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary further action inthe matter accordingly.

5.            This order issues with the concurrence of Finance and Planning (FW.EBS.XIII)Department vide their U.O.No.31429/195/A1/Exp.A&C/2000, dt.04.09.2000.
