O R D E R :

                TheDirector of Marketing, Hyderabad in the letter read above, has informed that the Chairman,Agricultural Market Committee Dhone has reported that there are no sufficient funds forpayment of salaries to the staff of Agricultural Market Committee, Dhone.  The Director of Marketing, has permitted a loan ofRs. 2.00 lakhs from Agricultural Market Committee, Kurnoo to Agricultural MarketCommittee, Dhone for payment of salaries to the staff of Agricultural Market Committee,Dhone, and requested the Government to ratify his action.

2.                Government,after careful examination of the matter and in terms of powers conferred by section15(xiii) of Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Market Act, 1966 herebyratify the action of the Director of Marketing in having permitted to seek a loan ofRs.2.00 lakhs (Rupees Two lakhs only)nfrom Agricultural Market Committee, Kurnool toAgricultural Market Committee, Dhone for payment of salaries to the staff of AgriculturalMarket Committee Dhone.

3.             TheDirector of Marketing, A.P., Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter.

4.             This orderissues with the concurrence of Finance and Planning  (FW.EBS.XIII)Department vide their U.O.No.31429/195/A1/Exp.A&C/2000, dt.04.09.2000.
