O R D E R :

                TheDirector of Marketing, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the reference read above has statedthat the Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy District has submitted proposals for purchase ofserver for Rythu Net Programme of Rythu Bazars in Ranga Reddy District for installation atOffice of the Director of Marketing and requested to sanction Rs. 1,63,590/- .  As requested by the Joint Collector, Ranga ReddyDistrict, the Director of Marketing has sanctioned as amount of Rs. 1,63,590/- CentralFund for installation of server.

2.             In view ofthe above, the Director of Marketing, Hyderabad has requested the Government to ratify theaction taken by him.

3.                Government,after careful examination and by virtue of powers conferred by section 16 of AndhraPradesh (Agricultural Produce & Livestock) Market Act, 1966, hereby ratify the actiontaken by the Director of Marketing, Hyderabad in having sanctioned an amount of Rs.1,63,590/- to Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy District for installation of Server at Officeof the Director of Marketing, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.

4.             TheDirector of Marketing, A.P., Hyderabad is therefore requested to take necessary action inthe matter accordingly.

5.             This orderissued with the concurrence of Finance and Planning (FW.EBS.XIII) Department vide theirU.O.No.31430/196/A1/Exp.A&C/ 2000, dt.04.09.2000.
