O R D E R :

                TheDirector of Marketing, Hyderabad in his letter 2^nd read above has stated thatas per the discussions held with the Chief Engineer, Andhra Pradesh IndustrialInfrastructure Corporation Limited, an amount of Rs. 1.50 crores had been released forconstruction of permanent Rythu Bazars from Central Market Fund.  He has there fore requested the Government toratify his action in having released the amount.

2.                Governmentafter careful examination of the above position and in terms of powers conferred bysection 16(iv) of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Livestock ) Markets Act,1966 hereby ratify the action of the Director of Marketing in having released of Rs. 1.50crores (Rupees one crore and fifty lakhs only from Central Market Fund to M/S. AndhraPradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited for construction of  Permanent Rythu Bazar as requested for.

3.             ThisDirector of Marketing, Hyderabad is requested to ensure that the works on completedexpeditiously.

4.             This orderissues with the concurrence of Finance and Planning (FW.EBS.XIII) Department vide theirU.O.No.31592/197/A1/Exp.A&C/2000, dt.04.09.2000.
