O R D E R :

TheDirector of Marketing, Hyderabad in his letter 2^nd read above has requested theGovernment to consider sanction of loan of Rs. 20.00 lakhs from Central Market Fund forcompletion of certain works such as Compound wall, Agriculture Godowns, Canteen buildingsetc., by Agricultural Market Committee, Narayanapet.

2.                Governmentafter careful examination and in terms of powers conferred by section 16(2) (iv) of theAndhra Pradesh  (Agricultural Produce &Livestock ) Market Act, 1966 hereby accord permission for release of an amount of Rs.20.00 lakhs (Rupees twenty lakhs only) from Central Market Fund to Agricultural MarketCommittee, Narayanpet for completion of construction works subject to repayment of loan in10 equal annual instalments along with interest of 121/2% per annum.

3.             Thedirector of Marketing shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.

4.             This orderissues with the concurrence of Finance and Planning (FW.Exp.A&C) Department vide theirU.O.No.30152/186/A1/Exp.A&C/2000, dt.30.08.2000.
