O R D E R :

               The G.O.Ms.No.614, Food and Agriculture (Agri. V) Department, dated 07-07-1976 apreliminary notification was issued by Committee, Ramachandrapuram under section 4 of theAndhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Livestock) Markets Act, 1966, (Act 16 of 1966).  In G.O.Ms.No.799, Food & Agriculture (Agri.IV) Department, dated 22-09-1976 orders were issued declaring the name of the marketcommittee with Head quarters, establishment of markets and fixation of strength of theMarket Committee under Section 4(3) (a) and (b) and under section 1 of section 5 of theAndhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 orders were alsoissued for constitution of Agricultural Market Committee, Ramachandrapuram with HeadQuarters at Ramachandrapuram was constituted.

2.             It isrepresented to the Government, that a resolution was passed by the Agricultural MarketCommittee, Ramachandrapuram dated 13-08-1998 for shifting of Head Quarters from thepresent Head Quarters, Ramachandrapuram to Draksharama for administrative convenience, andorders to that effect may be issued by the Government, in the matter.

3.             TheGovernment after careful examination of the proposal issued the following notificationwhich will be published in the Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated25-08-2000.

NOTIFICATION

               Under sub-sections (1) and (2) of section (3) of the Andhra Pradesh (AgriculturalProduce & Livestock) Market Act, 1966, (Act 16 of 1966) and in modification of theorders issued IN G.O.Ms.No.799, Food and Agriculture (Agri. IV) Department, dated22-09-1976, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby proposes to shift the Head Quarters ofthe Agricultural Market Committee, Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari District from thepresent Ramachandrapuram to Draksharama, East Godavari District.

               Notice, is, hereby given that the matter will be taken into consideration after theexpiry of the period of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notificationin the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and Objections and suggestions if any, received with respectthereto before the expiry of the 8 period, will be considered by the Government of AndhraPradesh, Hyderabad.

               Objections and Suggestions should be addressed to the Principal Secretary toGovernment, Agriculture & Cooperation Department.
