O R D E R :

                TheDirector of Marketing, Hyderabad in his letter read above has informed that theAgricultural Market Committee, Dubbaka (Hq.Thogata ) was bifurcated from AgriculturalMarket Committee, Siddipet and that the Agricultural Market Committee requires funds forlaying of link roads etc. towards expenditure.

2.             TheDirector of Marketing, Hyderabad has therefore requested the Government to sanction of anamount of Rs. 30.00 lakhs loan from Central Market Fund to meet the cost of link roads andalso the initial expenditure as the Market Committee is viable to repay the loan.

3.                Governmentafter careful examination of the above position and in terms of power conferred by section16(2) (iii) of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Livestock) Markets Act, 1966hereby accord sanction for a loan fo Rs. 30.00 lakhs (Rupees thirty lakhs only) fromCentral Market Fund to Agricultural Market Committee, Dubbaka subject to condition thatrepayment of loan shall be in 6 instalments along with interest to be fixed by theDirector of Marketing in this regard.

4.             TheDirector of Marketing, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary further action in thematter accordingly

5.             This orderissues with the concurrence of Finance and Planning (FW.EBS.XIII) Department vide theirU.O.No.26366/150/A1/EBS.XIII, dt. 27.07.2000.
