The following notification will be published in Andhra Pradesh Gazettee :-
NOTIFICATION
Under clause (a) and (b) of sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh(Agricultural Produce & Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966) the Governor ofAndhra Pradesh hereby direct the Market Committee specified in column (3) of the annexureto establish a Markets at the place specified in column (5) there of for the purchase andsale of Agricultural Produce, Livestock and products of Livestock specified in Schedule.IIto the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.2095, Food & Agriculture Department, dated29-10-1968 and published at pages 1035 to 1039 of part II of the Andhra Pradesh Gazettedate 7th November, 1968 as amended from time to time or as solely of vegetablesor fruits.
