                Thefollowing notification will be published in the A.P. Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

                Inthe exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1-A) of section 4 of the AndhraPradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966), theGovernor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs that having regard to the mutual agreementbetween the three Agricultural Market Committees, namely : Siddipet, Gajwel and DubbakaHead Quarters Thogutta, the Siddipet apportioned between the said Three successorAgricultural Market Committees, as specified in the schedules appended to thisnotification.

                TheGovernment hereby authorises :-

                (i)  the Chairman and Person-in-charge, AgriculturalMarket Committee, and the Secretary, Agricultural Market Committee, Siddipet to effect theapportionment of the assets and liabilities as per the said schedules :

(ii)  the Person-in-charge and the Secretary ofAgricultural Market Committee, Gajwel and Dubbaka Head Quarters Thougtta to encash thefixed deposits, security deposits etc., if any, standing in the name of compositeAgricultural Market Committee as and when they mature, and to distribute the amount to theconcerned Agricultural Market Committees, as per the mutual agreement dated 22-01-2000;and

                (iii)  the amount towards fluid cash share, as shown inthe statement of assets and liabilities of the successor Agricultural Market Committees,Siddipet, Gajwel and Dubbaka Head Quarters Thogutta shall be transferred to the respectiveAgricultural Market Committees from the funds of the composite Agricultural MarketCommittee, Siddipet, Medak District.
