                Thefollowing notification will be published in the extraordinary issue of the A.P. Gazette.

PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION

                Whereas,the area comprised within the Mandals of Dubbaka and Gajwel, were declared undersub-section (3) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock)Markets Act 1966 (Act 16 of 1966) to be the notified area (here in after referred to asthe aforesaid notified area) for the constitution of Agricultural Market  Committee, Dubbaka for the purpose of the saidAct.

                Andwhereas, it is now considered necessary to declare the intention of inclusion (merger) ofDoultabad Mandal of the notified area of Agricultural Market Committee, Gajwel withnotified area of Agricultural Market Committee, Dubbaka.

                Now,therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (4) of section3 of the said Act and modification of the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.408, Food &Agriculture (Agri.IV) Department, dated 29^th October, 1968 and published inA.P. Gazette dated the 7^th November, 1968 part-II, Miscellaneous notificationat pages 1035 to 1039, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby declares his intention toinclude (merge) the area comprised within the mandal of Doultabad as notified in the abovesaid notification, with notified area of Agricultural Market Committee, Dubbaka anddeclare it to be part of the Agricultural Market Committee, Dubbaka by deleting from thenotified area of Agricultural market Committee, Gajwel for purpose of regulating thepurchase of livestock specified in Schedule-II of the aforesaid notification.

                Noticeis hereby given that the matter will e taken into consideration after the expiry of aperiod of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the AndhraPradesh Gazette and that objections or suggestions if any, received with respect theretobefore the expiry of the said period will be considered by Government of Andhra Pradesh,Hyderabad.

                Objectionsand suggestions should be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture& Cooperation Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh through the Director ofMarketing, A.P., Hyderabad in duplicate.
