O R DE R :

               The Director of Marketing, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in his letter read above hasinformed that the Agricultural Market Committee, Badvel has requested the Government thesanction of loan of Rs.60.00 lakhs from Central Market Fund for developmental works in theMarket Yard, Badvel.

2.               Government have examined the above position and in terms of power conferred bysection 16(2) (iii) of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Livestock) MarketAct.1966 hereby order that an amount of Rs. 60.00 lakhs (Rupees Sixty lakh only) shall besanctioned as loan from the over all savings of the Central Market Fund for thedevelopmental works in the Market Yard, Badvel, subject to the following conditions:-

(i) The loan amount shall be releasedin 3 instalments for developmental works in the Agricultural Market Committee, Badvel.

(ii) The loan amount shall berecovered in 20 annual instalments along with the interest @ 12 ½% p.a.

(iii) Loan amount shall be releasedbased on the progress of works from time to time.

3.             TheDirector of Marketing shall see that the amount is utilised properly and ensure that theworks are taken up expeditiously.

4.             This orderissues with the concurrence of Finance and Planning (FW.EBS.XIII) Department vide theirU.O.No.21543/124/A1/ EBS.XIII/2000, Dt. 13.06.2000.
