O R D E R :

               The Director of Marketing, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the letter read above, hasinformed that, due to lack of funds, the Agricultural Market Committee.  Rayachoti has nor paid the salaries of the stafffor the month of April 2000.  The Director ofMarketing has therefore requested the Government to sanction loan of Rs. 4.00 lakhs fromAgricultural Market Committee, Cuddapah to Agricultural Market Committee, Rayachoti.

2.               Government after careful examination of the matter accord permission to sanctionloan of Rs. 4.00 lakhs ( Rupees Four lakhs only) from Agricultural Market Committee,Cuddapah to Agricultural Market Committee, Rayachoti subject to the following conditions:-

(A)   The loan amountwill be repaid by Agricultural Market Committee, Rayachoti to Agricultural MarketCommittee, Cuddapah in 10 equal annual installments along with the 12 ½% of interest p.a.

3.             TheDirector of Marketing is requested to take further necessary action in the matter,accordingly.
