NOTIFICATION

 

                Inexercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh(Agricultural Produce & Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966) the Governor ofAndhra Pradesh hereby declares the areas specified in columns (3) and (5) of the Annexureto be the Market Areas and to be the notified market areas respectively of the Marketspecified in column (2) of the Annexure in respect  ofthe notified agricultural produce, livestock or products of livestock specified in column(4) thereof.

No.44, dt.07.11.68 and confined to all Agricultural Market Committee through Common notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.286, A&C (Mktg.I) Department, dt.05.07.94 and published in A.P., Gazette No.30, dt.28.07.94 through common notification.
