ORDER:-

               In the reference first, read above, the Commissioner and Director of Agriculture ,has stated that Sri K Buchi Reddy, Carpenter,  Officeof the Commissioner and Director of Agriculture, has opted for retirement on MedicalInvalidation on the ground that he has under gone by-pass surgery and he is not keepinggood health .   Further, he has requestedfor compassionate appointment on his dependent son Sri K. Bal Reddy as JuniorAssistant/Typist.  Accordingly he wasdirected to appear before the Medical Board, Osmania General Hospital, Hyderabad and tosubmit Medical Invalidation Certificate.   Heappeared before the Medical Board, Osmania General Hospital and obtained MedicalInvalidation Certificate dated 30.11.1999 and 15.3.2000.

2.             TheCommissioner and Director of Agriculture, has also submitted necessary proposals in theprescribed Performa with his letter second and third read above and requested to issueorders.

3.             Theproposals relating to retirement of Sri K.Buchi Reddy, Carpenter on Medical Invalidationand consequential compassionate appointment of his dependent son Sri K. Bal Reddy wasplaced before the State Level Committee of Officers meeting held on 3.5.2000, and theCommittee recommended for the Commissioner and Director of Agriculture on MedicalInvalidation, and also for consideration compassionate appointment of his dependent son asper rules.

4.               Government have examined the recommendation  ifthe State Level Committee of Officers and decided that Sri K. Butchi Reddy, Carpenter,Office  of the Commissioner and Director ofAgriculture be permitted to retire on Medical Invalidation and the case of compassionateappointment of his dependent son b e considered as per rules.

5.               Government, hereby, accordingly direct that Sri. K. Butchi Reddy, Carpenter, Officeof the Commissioner and Director of Agriculture be permitted to retire on MedicalInvalidation.  The case of compassionateappointment of the dependent son of Sri K.Butchi Reddy be also considered as per rules.

6.             TheCommissioner and Director of Agriculture is requested to take necessary action in thematter accordingly.
