O R D E R:

1.In his letters read above, the Commissioner andDirector of Agriculture has stated that the Hon’ble Chief Minister suggested on14.6.99 for rendering of Agril. Extension services through farmers organisations / NGOs onpilot basis during the year 1999-2000 and for sanction of an amount of Rs.7.04 lakhs(Rupees Seven Lakh Four Thousand only) to farmers organisation / NGOs concerned towards50% cost of Agril. Extension Services proposed to be rendered during the year 1999-2000.

2. The Commissioner and Director of Agriculturehas stated that there is a savings of 7.04 lakhs under the plan scheme in the followingHead of account to meet the expenditiure.

"2401 - Crop Husbandry

Commercial crops scheme included in the plan

Material sate scheme of CSS

SH 04 - Cotton Development

110 - Subsidies"

3. Therefore the Commissioner and Director ofAgriculture, has requested the Government to consider the proposal and to sanction anamount of Rs.7.04 lakhs (Rupees Seven Lakhs, Four thousand only) in relaxation to TreasuryControl orders and quarterly regularisation under the following head of account:

"2401 - Crop Husbandry

MH 001- Direction of Administration schemes included in the plan

SH 03 - District Officer (Plan)

330 - Payment for professional and SpecialServices

344 - Other payments."

4. Government after careful consideration of theproposal hereby accorded sanction for an amount of Rs.7.04 lakhs (Rupees Seven lakhs, fourthousand only) for meeting the expenditure towards 50% Agril. Extension services throughfarmers organisations / NGOs on pilot basing during the year 1999-2000 in relaxation ofTreasury control.

5. This order issues with the concurrence ofFinance and Planning (FW.EBS.XIII) Department vide their U.O.No. 43032/417/A1/EBS.XIII/99, dated 10.11.99.
