O R D E R :

               The Director of Marketing, Hyderabad in his letter read above has informed that theAgricultural Market Committee.  Kuppam wasbifurcated from Palamaneer two years ago and as such the income of the Committee is lessto enable it to meet cost towards acquisition of site and also to provide other amenitiesin the Market Yard.  He has thereforerequested the Government to consider sanction of loan of Rs. 1.00 crore from the availablesavings of the Central Market Fund.

2.               Government have examined the above position carefully and in terms of powersconferred by section 16(2) (iii) of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce &Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 hereby order that an amount of Rs.1.00 crore (Rupees OneCrore only) shall be sanctioned as loan from the overall savings of the Central MarketFund for acquisition of site and providing other amenities by the Agricultural MarketCommittee, Kuppam subject to the following conditions :-

(i).   The loan amountshall be released in 5 instalments for purchase of site and other amenities.

(ii).  The loan amount shallbe recovered in 100 annual instalments along with interest @6% p.a. along with interest.

(iii). Loan amount shall be released based on the progress of works from    time to time.

3.             TheDirector of Marketing shall see that the amount is utilised properly and ensure that theworks are taken up expeditiously.

4.             This orderissues with the concurrence of Finance and Planning (FW.EBS.XIII) Department vide theirU.O.No.19120/111/A1/EBS.XIII/2000. Dt. 23.05.2000.
