                4.  From the M.D., A.P. Markfed, Hyderabad,Lr.Rc.No.Computers/ EDP/Ef/3001/97, dated26-07-1999 and                       29-02-2000.

O R D E R :

                Inthe reference first read above, the National Cooperative Development Corporation, NewDelhi have sanctioned an amount of Rs.62.860 lakhs to State Government for ComputerisationProject of A.P. Markfed under Corporation Sponsored Scheme. 

2.             The StateGovernment of Andhra Pradesh, vide G.O.Rt.No.232, Agri. & Coop. (Coop.I) Department,dated 24-08-1996, have released the advance loan amount of Rs.34.00 lakhs to A.P. Markfed,Hyderabad. 

3.             On08-06-1998, the A.P. Markfed, Hyderabad has refunded the entire amount of Rs.34.00 Lakhs(Principal) + Rs.7,45,700/- (interest) for the period from 12-02-1997 to 07-06-1998 toState Government with a reason as higher rate of interest being charged by NationalCooperative Development Corporation, and also due to the adequate funds position by theMarkfed, Hyderabad.  Against the releasedamount of Rs.34.00 lakhs, State Government have refunded an amount of Rs.14,57,100/- toNational Cooperative Development Corporation and the balance of Rs.19,42,900/- isoutstanding to N.C.D.C.  The NationalCooperative Development Corporation vide their letter third read above have requested torefund the balance amount. 

4.                Governmentafter careful examination of the proposal hereby accord sanction for incurring anexpenditure not exceeding an amount of Rs.19,42,900/- (Rupees Nineteen Lakhs Forty TwoThousand and Nine Hundred only) for repayment of loan to the National CooperativeDevelopment Corporation, New Delhi. 

5.             Theexpenditure sanctioned in para (4) above shall be debited to the following head of account:- 

                                "   M.H.6003 -  Internal debt of the State Government.

                                     M.H.  108 - Loans from N.C.D.C.

                                     S.H.   (08) - For other Cooperatives. " 

6.             The DeputyRegistrar (Head Office), Office of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, A.P., Hyderabadis authorised to draw and make payment of the amount to National Cooperative DevelopmentCorporation, New Delhi as ordered in para (4) above. 

7.             This orderissues with the concurrence of Finance and Planning (FW.EBS.XIII) Department, vide theirU.O.No.15877/153/A2/EBS.XIII/2000, dated 16-05-2000.
