               In the circumstances reported by the Director of Marketing.   Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in the letter readabove, the Government after due consideration and in exercise of powers conferred by Rule229 of A.P. (Agril. Produce and Live Stock) Markets Rules, 1969, relax Rule 180 (10) ofthe said Rules and hereby permit the Director of Marketing to Transfer Sri V.S.R. CH.Murthy.  Typist now working in central marketfund service to Agricultural Market Committee Service. Subject to assigning him last rank and to post him in the existing vacancy of thepost of Assistant Market Supervisor at Agricultural Market Committee.  Kanchili (Srikakulam District).

               The Director of Marketing, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to take necessaryfurther action in the matter accordingly under intimation to the Government.
