               The following Notification will be published in the next issue of the AndhraPradesh State Gazette.

 

PRELIMINARY  NOTIFICATION

               The following amendment to the Central Market Fund Service Rules issued inG.O.Ms.No. 407, Food and Agriculture (Agri.IV) Department, dated the 31stAugust, 1984 which is proposed to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 33 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act,1968 (Act 16 of 1966) is hereby published for the general information in the AndhraPradesh Gazette as required by sub-section (4) of section 33 of the said Act.

               Notice is hereby given that the said amendment will be taken into consideration bythe Government on or after the expiry of thirty days from the date of its publication inthe Andhra Pradesh Gazette and any objections or suggestions which may be received fromany person with respect thereto within the aforesaid period may be considered by theGovernment of Andhra Pradesh .  Objections andsuggestions shall be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture &Cooperation Department, Andhra Pradesh Secretariat, through Director of Marketing.

AMENDMENT

               In the said rules, in rule 3, in the table, under the heading “GroupVI-Ministerial and other personnel”, against the category (A)3 Upper Division Clerk,against  method of appointment (I) Bypromotion” in column (3), the existing entry shall be numbered as “item(I)”and the entry as so renumbered, the following shall be added, namely:-

               “(ii) must have passed Accounts Test  forSubordinate  Officers Part-I conducted by theAndhra Pradesh Public Service Commission.

               (iii) Must have passed Marketing Department Test conducted by the Andhra PradeshPublic Service Commission."
