NOTIFICATION

                Inexercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 4 of theAndhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and  Livestock)Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966), and in partial modification of the notification issuedin G.O.Ms.No.444, Food and Agriculture (Mktg.I) Department, dated the 16^thJune, 1989 the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs that the Agricultural MarketCommittee, Hyderabad to establish a Flower and Betal Leaves Market at Jamsing Sri BalajiVenkateswara Swamy Temple, Gudimalkapur Village, Golkonda Mandal in Sy.No.295/1 to 295/4comprising an area of 2.06 acres for the purpose of purchase and sale of AgriculturalProduce, Livestocks and products of Livestock specified in Schedule II to the notificationissued in G.O.Ms.No. 2095, Food and Agriculture (Agri.IV) Department, dated the 29^thOctober 1968 and Published at pages 1035 to 1039 of Part – II of the Andhra PradeshGazette, dated the 7^th November, 1968 and also read with G.O.Ms.No.286,Agriculture & Cooperation (Mktg.I) Department, dt.05.07.94 which is within the  jurisdiction of Agricultural Market Committee,Hyderabad and as amended from time to time.
