                 The following notification will be published in theAndhra Pradesh Gazette:-

NOTIFICATION

                Inexercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1-A) of section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh(Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Market Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966), the Governor ofAndhra Pradesh hereby directs that having regard to the mutual agreement between the twoAgricultural Market Committees, namely: Jagtial and Gollapally, the assets and liabilitiesof the Agricultural Market Committee, Jagtial shall be apportioned between the said twosuccessor Agricultural Market Committees,  asspecified in the schedules appended to this notification.

                TheGovernment hereby authorises:-

(i)            the Chairman andthe Secretary, Agricultural Market Committee, Jagtial and Gollapally to effect theapportionment of the assets and liabilities as per the said schedules:

(ii)           theChairman and the Secretary of the Agricultural Market Committee, Jagtial to encash thefixed deposits, Security deposits etc., if any, standing in the name of compositeAgricultural Market Committee as and when they mature, and to distribute the amount to theconcerned Agricultural Market Committees, as per the mutual agreement, dated 23.08.1999.and

(iii)          theamount towards fluid cash share, as shown in the statement of assets and liabilities ofthe successor Agricultural Market Committees, Jagtial shall be transferred to therespective Agricultural Market Committees from the funds to the composite AgriculturalMarket Committee, Gollapally.
