                Thefollowing notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

                Inexercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1-A) of section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh(Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966) the Governor ofAndhra Pradesh hereby directs that having regard to the mutual agreement between the twoAgricultural Market Committees namely Yellareddy and Gandhari, Nizamabad District, theassets and liabilities of Agricultural Market Committee, Yellareddy apportioned betweenthe said two successor Agricultural  MarketCommittee as specified in the schedule appended to this notification.

                TheGovernment hereby authorise :-

(i)            thePerson-in-charge and the Secretary, Agricultural Market Committee, Yellareddy to effectthe apportionment of the assets and liabilities as per the said schedules.

(ii)           ThePerson-in-charge and the Secretary of the Agricultural Market Committee, Gandhari toencash the fixed deposits, Security deposits etc., if any, standing in the name ofComposite Agricultural Market Committee as and when they mature and to distribute theamount to the concerned Agricultural Market Committees as per the mutual agreement, dated03.08.1999 and

(iii)          Theamount towards the fluid cash share, as shown in the statement of assets and liabilitiesof the successor Agricultural Market Committees Yellareddy and Gandhari shall betransferred to the respective Agricultural Market Committees from the funds to theComposite Agricultural Market Committee, Yellareddy.
